Bailey is 3 years young, medium size crossbreed boy who is looking for a special home. He came into our rescue anxious and very unsure of his surroundings but we have worked hard to help Bailey and he has made a significant improvement whilst being with us.
We feel that he’s ready to take a next step in his life and find his forever home.
Bailey has Collie like traits and would require an experienced home with no children.
He can be reactive on his walks, tends to guard toys and can be triggered by men in dark clothing. Although he is being walked by some male walkers and does enjoy being around them.
Bailey is highly intelligent boy who needs to be guided in the right direction and possibly would be excellent in agility.
He is food motivated and will take treats gently, so high quality treats can be used as a positive reinforcement during his ongoing training.
Bailey is a wonderful boy and we truly want to see him happy with someone who will let him settle in his new home, and won’t give up at the first hurdle. Bailey is highly anxious of getting in the car and would prefer to have a home with some nice walks on the doorstep.
He enjoys his walks in the woods or fields, isn’t worried about passing cars and does connect well with his handler.
Bailey deserves an understanding, loving and, most importantly, kind home.
Bailey would need an adult only experienced home and we would like any potential adopter to visit Bailey a few times to create a bond.
