Ways you can help our dogs
As a charity we do not receive any funding other than through adoption donations, fund raising activities or from very generous members of the public. We are very grateful for all the support we receive. We are also happy to accept certain items we can use directly for the care of our dogs such as towels, sheets , etc.
Please see below for a list of of what we can and what we can’t use.
Finally, we also have an Amazon Wishlist where you buy us much needed supplies – the list does change from time to time depending on our needs.

Things we can use
We can accept donations of good condition, clean:
- Towels
- Throws
- Non-feather duvets
- Bed linen (duvet covers, sheets)
- Blankets
Also food (tinned or dry – in date and unopened)
If you have a large donation to give, please contact the rescue first to ensure there is room to store it.

Amazon Wishlist
We have a number of essential items we often require such as cleaning supplies and dog food, including specialist food. It would be great if you could help with any of these items, thank you.
Things we can't use
Whilst we are always grateful for the many donations we receive there are some things we can’t use:
- anything made out of memory foam
- feather pillows/duvets
- soiled materials (e.g. blood and other matter)
- carpet offcuts
- open/out of date food
- general household items/bric-a-brac
- clothing
We don’t want to appear ungrateful but we can’t use any of these for our dogs and we have to dispose of them at our own cost.
